Radio Scouting Philippines - Manila Council - Amateur Radio Club is a community of active and dedicated people who are passionate about their works and efforts, anchored to Nation Building for helping the youth to become agents of change and communicators of truth in communities, guided by the Scout Oath and Law and Ham Radio etiquette. Our social responsibility and contribution are at the crosspoint of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, culture, and art. Radio Scouting is a fusion of Amateur Radio with the Scouting program.
