Here are the details:
The test is free but the license cost 35 dollars and is valid for 10 years (www.leurelvec.org). We have a testing team in Metro Manila. We have sponsors to pay for the first 10 scouts who pass the license exam. Requirements are: 1. Have a valid government ID (this is easy as every has that) 2. Have an address Able to receive mail in the USA (this is easy as most people have relatives or friends in the USA or they can simply use my address and I can forward you your mail.) 3. Pass the written exam (35 questions for technician (equivalent to class c), 35 questions for general (equivalent to class b), 50 questions for extra (equivalent to class a) It’s 100% free for the first 10 scouts The reviewer is online (www.hamstudy.org) Once the scout is licensed, they qualify to apply for scholarships for school (yes Filipinos qualify).the scout is licensed, they qualify to apply for scholarships for school (yes Filipinos qualify). |
